SPUTHE ALUMINUM SWING ARMS

Harley-Davidson FX/FL, FXD, FXR/FLHT/FLHR and Sportster

Add a custom look while improving the ride and handling with a light weight 7046-T651 high strength aluminum swing arm.  Designed to use stock axles and spacers as well as stock pivot bearings.

The die formed triple wall front torsion box provides exceptional rigidity while reducing weight by up to 55%.  CNC machined billet axle lugs increase strength and improve appearance at the lowest possible unsprung weight.

7046 is the highest strength weldable aluminum made.  After undergoing a T651 heat treatment and high temperature aging process tensile strength exceeds 62,000 p.s.i.; which is approximately twice the strength of the more common 6061-T6 aluminum other manufacturers use.  Post heat treat inspection ensures perfect alignment and proper fit.

Sputhe swing arms feature a universal internally slotted brake stay bracket for custom caliper applications.  Sputhe swing arms provide stock wheel placement plus an additional inch of adjustment.  Special lengths and widths are available on special order.

Swing arms may be ordered in Show Chrome, Electronless Nickel, Polished Aluminum, Black or Silver Powder paint and Natural finish.
